Mobile Banking 4.4 Android Application Release Update:
First Security customers on Android OS 8.0 or newer using select devices are currently experiencing an issue with our mobile banking application resulting in crashes during, or prior to sign-in.
Our mobile developers have determined the cause of the issue in the new 4.4 Android application and are working to resolve it quickly. Once this correction has been confirmed, the existing version will be replaced in the Google Play Store.
We anticipate the new app to be available no later than November 16.
As we work to resolve, you can access online banking using your mobile device browser (web access), or access online banking on a laptop or desktop computer.
