Recently, First Security Bank Little Rock has had the honor to support Little Rock Regional Chamber's new women's business series: Cultivate!

Cultivate is a women's professional development series presented by PDC Companies. Their mission is to fuel economic growth by facilitating the development of professional women in the Little Rock region through intentional programming directly aimed at obstacles and opportunities women encounter in their careers. The sessions have explored the career setbacks of some of Little Rock's dynamic professional women, as well as building a supportive professional inner-circle, investing in women-owned startups, resources available to female entrepreneurs and navigating power structures to become an effective and influential leader.
